We’re looking for a web designer who thinks beyond aesthetics — someone who designs with intention, understands digital strategy, and can craft websites and landing pages that not only look premium but also convert. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers to bring thoughtful, high-impact digital experiences to life.
Responsibilities
- Designing websites, landing pages, and interfaces — from wireframes to final layouts
- Working within existing brand guidelines or helping create a new visual approach
- Collaborating with content, development, and project management teams
- Creating presentations, brand visuals, and assets for digital projects
- Maintaining a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency
- Participating in project briefings and reviews to deeply understand client needs
Requirements
- Strong sense of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools); experience with responsive design
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and digital product structure
- Portfolio showcasing recent web design work (sites, interfaces, landing pages)
- Ability to think strategically, not just visually
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to clearly communicate ideas
- Interest in premium markets and digital branding
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design integrates with development is a plus
