Coffee worth the trip.
Food worth the wait.
A small corner cafe on Maple Street. We grind beans by the cup, bake bread before sunrise, and cook everything from scratch. Same as we did the day we opened.
A cafe that feels like home. The coffee is just a bit better.
We opened in 2014. The idea wasn't complicated: make the kind of breakfast we'd actually want to eat ourselves, then keep doing it. Eleven years in, the espresso machines have been replaced twice and most regulars get a wave at the door before a hello.
Some mornings you have six minutes before the train. Some Sundays you have nowhere to be. We're set up for both.
The plates regulars order on repeat
The dishes that keep showing up in our weekly numbers. And on Instagram.
From sunrise plates to late-night bites
Most of what's here came from a farm we know by name. Coffee gets roasted six blocks from the door. Filter below for what you want.
Pickup or delivery in Brooklyn
Build your order, pick pickup or delivery, and we'll get on it. Most pickup orders are ready in about 15 minutes.

Eleven years of pouring, plating, showing up
What started as a tiny coffee bar on Maple Street has grown into a full kitchen and a real wine list. The parts that mattered then still matter now.
Built one cup at a time.
We opened in 2014 with two espresso machines borrowed from a friend and a short list of farmers willing to take our calls. Sarah Reyes and Daniel Cho turned the corner storefront into the kind of place neighbors stop into twice a day.
Today we work with 14 local farms across New York and New Jersey. Pastries get baked in our kitchen. Coffee gets roasted six blocks away. We close on Mondays so the team can sit down to dinner together. That part is not changing.
Honest food, made well.
Chef Daniel Cho runs the kitchen the way he was taught: by season, not by trend. The menu shifts about four times a year. Sometimes more, when the Greenmarket forces our hand.
Brioche, pickles, jam, granola. All made here. We don't cook with seed oils, we don't reheat, and we'll happily change a plate to fit any allergy or preference. Just ask.
